8th October 2010 – The Customer Relationship Management and Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM), presents annual Awards to identify, recognize and honor distinguished members of the Malaysian contact center industry who have with innovation, persistence and focus taken customer service to new heights.
This year, during 11th CCAM Awards, a new category was included “Best CRM Implementation” and among the major industry players, there was one smaller player was selected as finalist, after multiple rounds of evaluation by local and overseas judges. That smaller yet world class player is Asian Business Software Solutions Sdn Bhd (aka MYOB South Asia), who won the Silver Award for its holistic CRM Implementation.
