I told him he now had the chance to share his wealth of experience and entrepreneurial knowledge with the 200 smart young engineers who work with him. He can encourage the more driven ones to become entrepreneurs, give them advice and impart key lessons they will not get in even the best universities. But do you think he would have done that before I bumped into him? Do you think he has done so after I encouraged him? Isn’t that a real shame?
